Job Summary

Our Client is one of the fastest growing ecommerce companies in Europe (TechCrunch Europe Top 100 Index). With a market leading position in 12 out of 13 countries we are the dominant player in the online takeaway sector. This role will offer a basic salary of approx 55k, with an additional bonus of 10%. There will also be share options at a considerable level. The share options will be the main driver of this package.

Responsible for the overall marketing function of the Irish business, this is a hands-on position which requires in-depth knowledge of digital, offline and trade marketing channels. With considerable input into strategy formulation, you will have full accountability when it comes to the implementation of the marketing plan and managing a sizeable budget in order to support that plan. You will work closely with our international marketing team to ensure brand consistency and you will have responsibility for 3 direct reports whom you shall be expected to manage, challenge and develop.

 Probably educated to degree/Masters level in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar. You will have 5+ years experience within a marketing and/or brand management capacity in a fast paced environment. You will have managed a small team for at least 2 years

Key responsibilities will include

-          Manage 3 marketing professionals

-          Liaising with international marketing colleagues

-          Reporting

-          Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors (digital & traditional)

-          Identify new business opportunities

-          Periodic reporting and provision of business insights

-          Analyse promotional and campaign effectiveness

-          Manage ATL campaigns in conjunction with media planners & buyers

-          Forecasting & budgeting

-          PR
