Our client is a leading Irish foodservice company delivering restaurant, café and hospitality services to various industries including Professional Offices, Travel & Leisure, Retail, Third Level Education and Healthcare around Ireland. They are currently recruiting for a Head of Commercial Finance role. This role will report to the CEO and includes the following responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute growth initiatives, support commercial tendering activities, and implement the company’s commercial strategy.
- Operational Support: Assist the Operations team with business modeling, client reporting, and the development of presentation materials to support future business planning.
- Performance Enhancement: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior management to enhance KPI performance. Develop analytical reports and performance dashboards to support operations, business development, and management in achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Facilitate the development of strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to support key business objectives, such as tech-enabled dining, marketing initiatives, and other growth-focused activities.
- Project Leadership: Lead and support key company projects in collaboration with the CEO and senior management, including procurement integration, sustainability initiatives, and corporate communication strategies. Support broader group-wide initiatives as required.
