A strategic, growth-focused Marketing Manager is needed to drive the development of a premium drinks portfolio. This role is about brand strategy and long-term growth, not just activation and campaigns, requiring a challenger brand mindset to disrupt and innovate in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include developing 1-year and 3-year brand strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging consumer insights to shape brand positioning. The role will also have the ability to formulate new innovations and lead NPD, ensuring the portfolio stays ahead of market trends. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will ensure strategic alignment while driving innovation and market expansion.

The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and a strong background in brand strategy, market development, and consumer insights. Experience in wellness, sports, or wellbeing-focused brands is highly desirable, along with expertise in premium beverages, soft drinks, energy drinks, or hydration categories.
